What payment methods do you accept?
International bank transfer (TT) is the standard. For smaller deposits we can arrange other secure methods. Full payment is required before shipping, and we always issue a written invoice and contract first.
How long does shipping take?
RORO shipping from Japan to West African ports typically takes 35 to 50 days. East Africa is similar. The Caribbean averages 45 to 60 days. We confirm the next available sailing once payment is received and share tracking details.
Can I see an inspection report before paying?
Yes. Every vehicle comes with a full condition report from a certified Japanese inspector, including mileage verification, mechanical check, body grade, and photos. We share it for your approval before you commit.
Do you handle export documentation?
Yes. We handle deregistration in Japan, the export certificate (matriculation), bill of lading, and commercial invoice. You get a complete document pack on shipment so customs clearance at your end is straightforward.
What about customs duties at my port?
Duties are paid at the destination port and vary by country, vehicle age, and engine size. We share guidance based on what we see customers pay, but the official rate comes from your local customs authority or your clearing agent.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. We stay reachable on WhatsApp and email after your vehicle arrives, and we can connect you with trusted clearing agents at most of the ports we ship to. Repeat buyers get priority on new arrivals.
